          1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

          2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or sources other than our official channels may not be eligible for return.

         3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

         4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
